山药(shan Yao) ,薏仁(barley), 红枣 (red dates), rice 粥
Cooking methods:
* Estimate cooking ingredients. This applies to the above ingredients for the porridge as well ( if not just 100 gram each).
* Sliced up fresh Shan Yao. Put barley, Shan Yao, red dates (remove seeds) and add 1/3 cup of rice into a pot of water. Boil till it becomes porridge.
Eat this porridge twice a day for 3 days. It is good for skin itchness, allergy and dull skin. Good for those who feel a lack of energy and having sluggish system. This porridge also help slimming :)

i love reading http://www.bryanomhealth.blogspot.com/ becos he teaches me alot of DIY and save $ methods on health & beauty. Those beauty products selling outside are pretty expensive, hence i'll try use DIY and food methods to beautify my face especially in those days where i got
breakouts during my 20-22 i think.
I'm abit lazy last few months but my passion is here again!!
Erm Bryan's facial products seems good, but to me now, it's still alittle expensive. I think i might consider buying next time when i earn more. Meanwhile just learn abit here and there to DIY ba. Cheaper. hahaha
Oh ya and i recommend http://www.billywang31.com/ for health info. Erm please dont follow blindly.
For me, i don really buy their expensive products, i just read the info here and there and follow those that's good and DIY and affordable methods.
